Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether using the same personal details, payment method, device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts are subject to immediate suspension and any balances held within them may be voided.

dp786 is required to verify User identities as part of its KYC obligations. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and documentation related to your payment methods. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dp786 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify dp786 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.
The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may access the Platform, place Wagers, use promotional offers and contact support solely for lawful personal use consistent with these Terms.
You must place Wagers on your own behalf only. Wagering on behalf of third parties, operating a betting syndicate through a single Account, or acting as an agent for another person is strictly prohibited.
You warrant that all information provided to dp786 — during registration, KYC, and throughout your use of the Platform — is truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser and internet connection are capable of accessing and operating the Platform. dp786 is not responsible for losses arising from connection failures, device incompatibilities or interrupted gameplay caused by factors outside the Platform's direct control.
The Platform's cashier displays payment methods available to you based on your account status and operator agreements at the time of transaction. Familiar Pakistan payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear in the cashier subject to current operator agreements and each provider's own policies. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with dp786 or any gambling operator.
Deposits may be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported by the Platform. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. dp786 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations applied by your payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Players may set additional personal deposit limits through their responsible gambling settings — such limits cannot be immediately reversed and require a mandatory cooling-off period before upward adjustment.
dp786 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where fraud is suspected, where KYC verification is incomplete, or where the deposit originates from a payment method not registered in your Account name. Funds from rejected deposits will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to the provider's processing times.
Withdrawals may only be processed once KYC verification is fully complete. Attempting to withdraw prior to completing identity verification will result in your request being placed on hold until all required documentation is received and approved.
Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit ("reverse withdrawal" policy). dp786 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is material or where account activity triggers internal review procedures.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, volume of requests and any pending verification requirements. dp786 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms. No withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be authorised until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw prior to meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional incentives offered by dp786 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. These specific terms supplement and, in the event of conflict, supersede the general bonus provisions in this clause.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible game categories and contribution rates will be detailed in the specific bonus terms.
Bonuses are intended for one Account per person, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple Accounts or by circumventing geographic or device restrictions constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and Account suspension.
Bonus Funds and any associated free bets will expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited and will not be reinstated.
dp786 reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the interests of Users who have already accepted and begun using a bonus in good faith.
All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any ambiguity, dp786's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per Wager and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Stakes placed in excess of the displayed maximum will be reduced to the maximum permissible amount. dp786 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account at any time.
A Wager is only confirmed once a bet receipt or confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. Until such confirmation is received, no Wager has been accepted. dp786 reserves the right to decline any Wager at its absolute discretion, including where the Platform has displayed incorrect odds due to a manifest error.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, game outcome, payout or any other Platform display — including errors caused by technical faults or data feed failures — dp786 reserves the right to void the affected Wagers and return the original stakes. This applies whether or not the User was aware of the error at the time of placing the Wager.
In-play or live betting markets are subject to faster price movements and shorter acceptance windows. dp786 cannot guarantee that a Wager submitted during live play will be accepted at the displayed price. Delays in data feeds may result in Wagers being accepted at different odds or declined entirely.
Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral T20 or Test series — are governed by the specific sport rules published on the Platform. Void rules, rain interruption protocols and DLS method outcomes will be applied in accordance with those rules. dp786 is not affiliated with the Pakistan Cricket Board, PSL or any international cricket body.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of all Funds and winnings:

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without dp786's prior written consent. Scraping, data mining or automated extraction of Platform data is expressly prohibited.
dp786 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions and circumstances beyond dp786's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dp786 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of business opportunity.
Where liability cannot be excluded, dp786's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose, or such lesser amount as may be prescribed by the operator's terms.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that dp786 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform. You are responsible for all decisions to place Wagers and for managing your gambling activity within your personal financial means.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting dp786 support. Upon closure, any outstanding Funds in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method following the completion of any pending KYC or security checks.
dp786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:
Upon termination for breach or fraud, dp786 reserves the right to void all pending Wagers, forfeit Bonus Funds, and withhold real-money Funds pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is found following investigation, legitimate Funds will be returned to the verified payment method on file.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, may apply to their use of the Platform and that dp786 does not represent that access to the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct correspondence with dp786 support shall be referred to the dispute resolution process outlined in the operator's licensing conditions.
dp786 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, dp786 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users — typically by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
